Theresa Sundin is a policy coordinator at the Urban Institute. Her work supports grantmaking and programmatic activities for the WorkRise initiative, assisting with the coordination and management of grantmaking activities to advance the initiative’s research agenda. Before joining Urban, Sundin worked for the Chicago Department of Public Health, where she managed a portfolio of federal funding awarded to the city to fund COVID-19 public health responses. She has a background in program development and delivery, grant management, and partnership building, and she holds an MPA from Seattle University.
