Kimberly Shin is the managing director of Talent Rewire, an initiative of FSG, that envisions a future where every individual in the U.S. can realize their full potential through a humanity-and economy-boosting job that provides equitable economic opportunity, stability, and mobility. In this role she oversees the group's efforts to innovate new approaches, tools, and research to drive employer systems transformation and subsequently to scale the team’s learnings to the broader workforce field. She has supported a diverse range of employers—from Fortune 100 companies to small and medium-sized businesses—to not only adopt new HR practices and policies that improve the economic mobility of their frontline, but to shift their mindsets about talent and talent systems. Kimberly's identities as a child of Korean immigrants and mother of two biracial daughters fuels her passion and commitment to equitable economic mobility.
