WorkRise Shorts: Perspectives of Energy Workers in the US with Diane M. Sicotte

Sicotte explores this question though her research which includes interviews with 48 unionized energy workers in various occupations. Workers share their concerns related to how climate change may affect their futures, the potential mismatch of skills if fossil fuels are phased out, and insights on employment and a transition to renewable energy.
